It took me about a month to review and consider all/read top brand tripods on the market and finally I stopped at Giottos. Its a real value for money.
At the beginning I wanted to go for a Manfrotto with a horizintal positionable center column but after having it in my hand I decided to look for something else, it didn’t convince me to be sturdy enough. After receiving Giottos MTL9351 and having played with it a couple of times I was surprised how fast it is to set up and position and the center column is even more sturdy in bended position as expected – you just need to bu sure that all the bolts and knobs are tightened and in their positions.
I would definetelly reccomend this tripod to a friend.
